Birthday slap! June 10th, 2009.

Ike did some computer work on his new old laptop today.
And tried on my cowboy booots.

And he played some birthday tunes for Dad!

Finally, Dan got his very own slapchop!

Burgess! June 9th, 2009

We went to swimming this morning.
Ike is really starting to enjoy the pool!

And we went into the city to visit with Heather and baby Burgess!
He's just 6 weeks old!


We all took a walk in the new Highline park.

And tonight Ike made it over to Puddle all by himself.

Ike's first concert! June 8th, 2009

Ike acquired a taste for dirt on this trip.
He kept pulling back the mat so he could get his fingers in the dirt.

And we made it back to Brooklyn in time to make it to Ike's first concert.

Ike's first camping trip! June 7th, 2009

Ike took a nap this morning. We tried out the sleep sheep which seems pretty good.

And then we packed up to go camping for real!

Ike's not sure what's happenning, but he can tell it's something fun.

We went for a little hike and saw a deer.

And the star turtle was awesome in the tent.
