The Greyrocks peach.

Last Thursday little friend and family came over for dinner. Dan had picked up a bunch of citrus and some new liquors, Aperol among them.
Wanting something refreshing and not too sweet(it was hot), I filled a glass with ice, added a good splash of Aperol and a squeeze of grapefruit, topped it off with pellegrino, a stir and a slice of grapefruit. It was very drinkable. All the color and juiciness of a peach, but with a little edge.
